Don’t forget: Open Enrollment deadline: 5 p.m., Friday, February 21
We encourage all employees to log into the ICUBA Benefits Portal to view coverage options and to ensure current health plans meet your individual and family needs for the new benefit plan year (April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021). Open Enrollment is the only time employees can remove or add dependents and to change coverage elections outside of a qualified life event change.
Reminder: Employees who wish to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or who have existing Aflac coverage must enroll for the 2020-2021 plan year. Employees who don’t take action during open enrollment need to know:
- Existing Aflac coverage will end March 31, 2020, and no new coverage will be assigned unless you enroll.
- Contributions to an FSA must be elected each year and will not be renewed automatically.
All other coverage options will roll over into the new plan year.

- Log into saintleo.edu.
- Click on the “Human Resources / Prof. Dev.” tab.
- Click on “Benefits,” from the left hand navigation menu.
- Click to open the “2020-2021 Open Enrollment” folder.
