0HR introduces ELSA and Saint Leo YOU walkthroughs
Saint Leo YOU, the new digital learning platform for professional development, has an intuitive web browser tool called ELSA that’s now available to all full-time faculty and staff. The Embedded Learning Synchronized Assistant (ELSA) is a browser plug-in that conducts content searches from the web and connects seamlessly to a personal Saint Leo YOU account. This makes it possible to search the library of content available in Saint Leo YOU from anywhere on the web, without having to leave the page.
ELSA searches on thousands of Saint Leo YOU courses, videos, books, and audio books that are relevant to online articles, YouTube videos, and web content that employees are reading or researching in real-time. Employees can continue their flow of work while ELSA synchronizes the search and shares the results.
For instructions on how to turn on ELSA, follow this easy-to-use ELSA guide.
ELSA is one of many features available with the Saint Leo You app. To learn about these features, Human Resources has scheduled four instances for a Saint Leo YOU Walkthrough. These half-hour sessions will be held virtually via Zoom. Employees can see all the neat features and learning resources available for free through this dynamic new online system.
All full-time faculty and staff are encouraged to select a time below that works best. Click to register for an informative zoom session with the Learning and Development team, Joe Arner and Shannon Moore.
