Traffic advisory for University Campus, November 5 – 8
Please be advised that the Department of Children and Families (DCF) will be holding a Feed Florida Event at the Pasco County Fairgrounds from Sunday, November 5, through Wednesday, November 8. The event will run from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Similar events have been held across the state to allow citizens to receive benefit cards for losses that were incurred due to Hurricane Irma. These events have attracted approximately 10,000 people per day, often with people arriving the night before and staying nearby, so the Dade City Police Department and Pasco County Sheriff’s Office expect traffic issues on State Road 52.
Please keep this event in mind and allow yourself extra time as you travel to and from University Campus November 5 – 8.
