The Health and Wellness Center is sponsoring a Halloween-themed blood drive at University Campus from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, and Wednesday, October 25. The mobile units will be located by the Dining Hall.
Donors will receive a T-shirt and Halloween goodie bag, and will also be entered into a drawing each day for movie passes.
There is no substitute for human blood. When you donate blood with OneBlood, you are making an immediate contribution to the health and welfare of your community. Blood is needed by trauma victims, cancer patients, premature babies, and patients facing planned and unplanned medical procedures. Your donation will help an ill or injured patient within a few days. The turnaround is that fast; the need is constant.
