CTLE to host Faculty Development Day on January 5
The Center for Teaching and Learning will host Faculty Development Day for Spring Semester 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Thursday, January 5.
Save the date on your calendar here! The event will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
The theme for this semester is “Igniting Curiosity.” Some of the presentations that will be offered are:
- Guided by Curiosity: Reimagining your Learner-Centered Activities
- Igniting Student Engagement through Open Inquiry and Viewpoint Diversity
- Firing Up Students’ Curiosity with Authentic Assessment
- Cultivating Student Attention by Understanding Distraction
- Curiosity about Disengagement
