2020 Academic Excellence Award winners announced
The Division of Academic Affairs hosted the annual Celebration of Academic Excellence Awards Ceremony honoring undergraduate students at University Campus during an evening Zoom session held April 30. Students whose work has been of exceptional merit were recognized.
Awards from four different categories were presented to students from each college of the university. Additionally, the Clara McDonald Olson Scholastic Excellence Award was presented to a student based on grade point average among students who attended University Campus for four years.

- Excellence in Scholarship Award: Fantasia Maulden
- Excellence in Experiential Learning Award: Jovan Murray
- Dean’s Award for Excellence: Mary Peacock
College of Arts and Sciences
- Excellence in Academic Leadership Award: Caitlin Walsh
- Excellence in Scholarship Award: Alexa Klein
- Excellence in Experiential Learning Award: Vincent Toner
- Dean’s Award for Excellence: Lauren Boos
Donald R. Tapia College of Business
- Excellence in Academic Leadership Award: Bailey Alleman
- Excellence in Scholarship Award: Briana Yamamoto
- Excellence in Experiential Learning Award: Heather Hirschey
- Dean’s Award for Excellence: Sidney Kirkland
Clara McDonald Olson Scholastic Excellence Award: Kyshonna Bethel
