Print Shop warns of toner scam
The university recently was made aware of a scam regarding replacement toner. Please be advised that all toner for Ricoh printers is included in the contract. Ricoh will not contact you regarding the replacement of toner. If you need a replacement, contact Tim Angel, Ricoh on-site support manager, at ricohsupport@saintleo.edu or (352) 588-8709.
If you are contacted by anyone inquiring about replacement toner or receive a replacement toner that you did request, please also contact ricohsupport@saintleo.edu.
