Saint Leo participating in first Polk County College Career Fair
Saint Leo University is one of the participating schools in the first Countywide College Career Fair scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, September 28, in the Polk State College Lakeland Campus LTB Building. The event is organized by a subcommittee of the joint Polk Vision/Central Florida Development Council Talent Pipeline Team.
Join the Lakeland Education Center in promoting Saint Leo and help our students find jobs and internships! The event will be at 3425 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland, FL 33803. Spread the word to possible employers and students.
The purpose of this event is to connect local businesses to talent, while also introducing Polk County college students to the array of internship and employment opportunities. One of the goals of the Talent Pipeline Team is to retain local talent after graduation. Priority registration will be given to those employers who have opportunities for internships and employment in Polk County.
