Literature for Lunch with poet Nancy Chen Long
As part of the Literature for Lunch series, join us for a reading by poet Nancy Chen Long, 2017 National Endowment of the Arts Creative Writing fellow, at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, in TECO Hall in the Donald R. Tapia School of Business building.
Her first book, Light into Bodies, won the Tampa Review Prize for poetry. Recent work can be found in Ninth Letter, Crab Orchard Review, Zone 3, Briar Cliff Review, Alaska Quarterly Review, Pleiades, Not Like the Rest of Us: An Anthology of Contemporary Indiana Writers, and elsewhere.
She has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology and an MBA, and has worked as an electrical engineer, software consultant, and project manager. Also, she has recently earned an MFA.
