Join us for Employee Wellness Day on August 15
WHAT:
Join the Total Rewards team at the Wellness Center and participate in wellness activities. Saint Leo University staff or faculty will be eligible to win a prize from the Total Rewards team. Please note, a Wellness Center membership will not be required for this day, but criteria for dress code will need to be met: tennis shoes, no skirts/dresses, and no flowy shirts are required for cardio machines (excluding bikes). Workout attire will be required for all weight training machines and bikes.

WHERE:
Wellness Center, University Campus
WHY:
The Total Rewards team wants to incentivize employees to participate in the university’s new wellness platform, Virgin Pulse-Strive, which replaced Rally in April 2023. The team also hopes to increase our overall wellness in the Saint Leo community. All employees who participate in the exercise activity challenge will be entered in a raffle to win a pair of Beats Studio Buds.
IMPACT:
Saint Leo employees will have the opportunity to participate in a wellness activity in our Wellness Center at no cost. Employees covered on our medical plan will learn more about our new wellness platform that allows them to earn gift cards throughout the plan year by participating in various wellness activities.
Employees also may stop by the Wellness Center during the event to receive a free beach towel and sunglasses. To be eligible, employees must register for our new Virgin Pulse – Strive Wellness Platform, complete a personal assessment in Strive, be covered by university medical insurance, and take a photo of their workout.
