Join in Celebration of Academic Excellence on March 30
“A Celebration of Academic Excellence” is an annual event in which students showcase their academic achievements. There is a modified class schedule on this day so that classes are canceled in the afternoon. Students from all academics disciplines will present their research orally or showcase posters related to their research during the afternoon sessions. The event also includes a concert featuring student music performances and a showcase of student artwork. After these sessions, there is an award ceremony, and the highest achieving students will be honored by faculty, deans, and the vice president of Academic Affairs. Refreshments will be served.
Students, faculty, staff, administration, parents, friends, and families.
Academic presentations will be from 1 – 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, in Kirk Hall.
The award ceremony will begin at 4 p.m., March 30, in the Student Community Center’s Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms with a reception to follow in the SCC lobby.
No cost and no registration is necessary
