0Community invited to inaugural Saint Leo Research Symposium on April 1
In order to provide a convenient, affordable way for faculty members and students to present their research, the inaugural Saint Leo University Research Symposium will be held at University Campus and on Zoom on Saturday, April 1.
This symposium provides an avenue for Saint Leo community members to share their research free of cost. In addition, faculty and students from other institutions are invited to participate at minimal cost.
The theme for the symposium is Dialogue Across Disciplines, and from “Nature’s Hidden Secret: How to Defeat Cancer” to “Active Duty and Veteran Reflections of Suffering: The First World War in Art and Literature,” a wide variety of research will be presented.
Saint Leo University Research Symposium will take place 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. in Kirk Hall and Selby Auditorium in Lewis Hall as well as via Zoom. The opening session will take place in Selby Auditorium and all concurrent sessions will take place on the second floor of Kirk Hall. Poster sessions also will be on the second floor of Kirk Hall.
