0Mission-Driven Leaders speaker series to host Tampa executive during Business Day
On Wednesday, March 1, Mission-Driven Leaders: Conversations on Purpose, sponsored by the San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, will welcome home alumnus Isaac Henderson ’17 for an inspiring conversation on mission-driven leadership. As part of his return to campus, Henderson will address students as the keynote speaker for Business Day 2023: Creating Success and Avoiding Pitfalls, an all-day campus event made possible through a partnership between the Tapia College of Business and the Division of Student Affairs.
Hosted by Dr. Mark Gesner, vice president of Community Engagement and Communications, the Mission-Driven Leaders series is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public.

Isaac Henderson ’17
Division Vice President, Critical Mission Solutions, Jacobs
Isaac Henderson is a division vice president in the Jacobs Critical Mission Solutions – Advanced Engineering, Research & Operations business unit. In his current role, he supports successful program management in operating the nation’s fourth largest U.S. Department of Defense network and provides global enterprise IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for more than 77,000 U.S. Special Operations Forces end users operating in more than 70 countries.
Among his career honors, Henderson received the U.S. Special Operations Command Chief Information Officer Appreciation of Service Award, recognizing his leadership and global impact in information technology incident management. He was selected as a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Tampa Class of 2022 and was honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a “2022 40 Under 40” honoree.
Henderson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in project management from Saint Leo University. Henderson also proudly served as an officer for the Saint Leo Tampa Bay Alumni Chapter.
The Mission-Driven Leaders: Conversations on Purpose program features interactive conversations with guest leaders from a variety of sectors who have experience in leading with purpose and making a difference in their professions and in society at large. By engaging in conversations with those who practice mission-driven leadership, the intent is to help bring the Saint Leo mission to life for the university community and the public.
