0Pasco high schools visit campus for CESS Exploration Day
Saint Leo University recently welcomed 87 students from Hudson and River Ridge high schools in Pasco County to participate in our College of Education and Social Services (CESS) Exploration Day. During their visit, the high school students were introduced to various criminal justice, education, and social work degree options during presentations around campus. The high school students visited the Crime Scene House, enjoyed avatar demonstrations, and engaged with our faculty during the lecture “Shattering Stigma with Music, Movies, and Animals.”
In addition, they participated in campus tours, interacted with our visiting therapy animals, and enjoyed lunch in the Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms in the Student Community Center.
