University Ministry plans fall retreat for students on October 15
Faculty and staff are asked to invite our students to join University Ministry for its fall retreat, which will take place Saturday, October 15. Students may join University Ministry for “a retreat away from campus to grow in your faith through talks, community activities, small group discussions, prayer, and the sacraments!”
Transportation will be provided, and participants will depart from University Campus at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, October 15, for the retreat, which will take place at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in nearby Land O’ Lakes, FL. Students will return to campus at 9:30 p.m.
The speaker for the event is Father Ed Hopkins, LC, one of three brothers who became priests in the Legionaries of Christ order. He serves as the regional vocation director for the order for the Southeast. Cost for the retreat is $20
The sign-up and liability form can be found at https://ministry.saintleo.edu/fall-retreat-2022, which must be completed and emailed to Campus Minister Lucas Nocera at lucas.nocera@saintleo.edu in order to participate in the retreat.
