New process implemented for employee, student ID cards
The Department of University Safety now is responsible for the creation and issuing of student, faculty and staff identification (ID) cards. To request an ID card, please complete the ID request form on Etrieve, which can be accessed through your Okta portal. Go to the Etrieve tile, find the Forms dropdown, and then you will click on Employee ID Card Request Form. When submitting the form, it is preferred that employees upload a photo of themselves for use on the ID badge.
Note: IDs will no longer be available at the Student Financial Services office in Saint Edward Hall.
University Safety staff will be stationed in the Apartment 5 lobby on Thursday, August 25, and Friday, August 26, to print and issue IDs to incoming students so faculty and staff will not be able to obtain new or replacement ID cards on those days.
