Faculty, staff invited to Opening School Year Mass on August 22

It is a tradition each year for Saint Leo University to gather as faculty and staff to pray and ask the Lord’s blessing for the new academic year during our Opening Mass. This year, the Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Monday, August 22, in the Saint Leo Abbey Church.

All are welcome! One does not have to be Catholic to attend. For those working and teaching online and at our education centers, and for those who cannot attend in-person, the Mass will be livestreamed via the Saint Leo Abbey’s Facebook page.

Mass will be celebrated by Abbot Isaac Camacho, a Saint Leo University alumnus and member of the Board of Trustees.

We join in asking God to bless all Saint Leo faculty and staff and guide us in our endeavors in 2022-2023.
