Feast of St. Benedict Mass to be celebrated July 11

Mass for the feast of St. Benedict will be celebrated at noon, Monday, July 11, in the Saint Leo Abbey Church. Abbot Isaac Camacho, OSB, will celebrate the Mass. All are welcome.

On July 11, the Catholic Church celebrates the feast of St. Benedict of Nursia, the sixth century abbot who gave Christian monasticism its lasting foundation in Western Europe. St. Benedict is the patron of the Benedictine order which founded the university.
