Save the date for 2022 commencement ceremonies
Each year, the Saint Leo community looks forward to our commencement ceremonies. This is an important time to celebrate the notable successes of our graduates and welcome them into the Saint Leo alumni family. It is also a time when faculty and staff can celebrate their contributions to help each graduate reach this important milestone.
This year, a number of events and ceremonies will mark the occasion for new Saint Leo graduates.
- Florida commencement ceremonies will be held in the morning and afternoon of Saturday, May 14, at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. All Saint Leo students in Florida will be invited to participate. This includes undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate students from all Florida education centers and online students. More details will be available closer to commencement.
- Baccalaureate Mass, hooding ceremony, and a reception will take place the day before our commencement ceremonies. Students and their families will be invited to come to University Campus on Friday, May 13, to attend the hooding ceremony for Doctor of Business Administration, Doctor of Criminal Justice, and Doctor of Education graduates and Baccalaureate Mass, which will be followed by a reception, Saint Leo Under the Stars. More details about these events will be available closer to commencement.
- The Savannah commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 11, at the Johnny Mercer Theatre in Savannah, GA. Students from Saint Leo University’s Savannah Education Center as well as those who studied through the university’s Center for Online Education and at other education center locations will receive doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees during this ceremony.
