Join the Department of Public Safety Administration and Career Services at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, as they host Emergency Management in Action, a Leaders in the Industry discussion featuring emergency management leaders in various industries.
Emergency management is a diverse career field with a variety of opportunities in all sectors, including education, health care, public service, and private business. Unlike other emergency professions that may have formal academies or licensing requirements, there is no clearly defined pathway for becoming an emergency manager.
