Please note that ICUBA has released the November edition of the newsletter for employees covered by ICUBA benefits. The digital publication is posted on the Saint Leo intranet for reading, via this link.
Important items to take note of in this issue are:
- This edition provides specific details on the WEX outbound calling campaign which has been implemented to reach all ICUBA members who currently have denied claims and/or suspended benefits debit cards. Calls will be made to these members to provide on-the-spot resolution and resources for substantiating debit card claims.
