Annual Health Fair returns as virtual, provides Rally incentives
The Human Resources Department and ICUBA have put together a virtual health fair with information, resources, and opportunities to earn points toward Rally incentives. Visit the intranet page for materials that would normally be shared at our in-person health fair. Items are uploaded in the various brand partner folders for your reference.

For participating in our Virtual Health Fair, ICUBA will provide medical plan participants with $10 toward Rally incentives. To participate:

Step 3: Get your incentive! Please note: A score of 80% or higher is required for onsite event incentive.
All quizzes must be completed by Saturday, September 25.
Rally incentives will be awarded for qualified members by Friday, October 15.
