Join Student Activities in summer wellness series every Wednesday

Beginning in June, Student Activities is hosting a summer wellness series, which is open to students, faculty, and staff. We want to get healthy—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—and we want you to join us! 

Activities will take place at noon on Wednesdays and will be approximately 30 minutes long.  Meet at the Saint Jude Chapel/Student Activities Building clock tower, if you would like to participate. All supplies will be provided.

The schedule of activities is:

June 2 – 30-minute walk

June 9 – Coloring sheets

June 16 – Strength & flexibility

June 23 – Meditation exercise

June 30 – Kickball

July 7 – Mandala drawing

July 14 – Mass (meet at Saint Leo Abbey Church)

July 21 – Picnic (bring your lunch!)

July 28 – Yard games

August 4 – Reflective writing exercise

August 11 – Sand volleyball
