Join ROTC commissioning ceremony virtually on May 7
Saint Leo University ROTC cadets will be commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army on Friday, May 7, in a ceremony at the Venetian Event Center at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, in New Tampa. Members of the University of South Florida and Saint Leo ROTC make up the Suncoast Battalion and will be commissioned together at Friday’s ceremony.
There will be a virtual viewing option so that the Saint Leo community may celebrate with our cadets. Faculty and staff are invited to view the commissioning at noon, May 7, on Facebook (USF – Saint Leo ROTC “Suncoast Battalion”).
Saint Leo students receiving their commissions are: Nicole Colon-Jimenez; Xavier Davis; Donovan Deterding; Christopher Kosarzycki; David Kee; Andra McCray; and Peter Pappalardo.
