Saint Leo Theatre performs “The Christmas Story”

Saint Leo students performed a dramatization of the story of the birth of Christ as told in the New Testament Gospel of Luke.

The performance was recorded on video and released by Dr. Alicia Corts of the Department of Language Studies and the Arts, and is now available for viewing. COVID-19 safety protocols were maintained during the production.

The student performance was able to make use of a backdrop unlike most interior sets—the beautiful figurines and manger owned by the university and put on display with care each year by our Facilities Management personnel.  Because of this, a wider potential audience will be able to view our crèche scene this year and listen to our students narrate this family-friendly biblical story. Sharing on social media is encouraged.
