Abbey Church now open 6:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily for prayer
The Saint Leo Abbey Church now will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, and all are welcome to come in and pray. Please observe all COVID-19 safety precautions. In addition, Saint Leo students, faculty, and staff are invited to join in the daily celebration of Mass and prayer at the Saint Leo Abbey Church.
Mass will be celebrated at the following times and days:
Sunday: 10 a.m.
Monday through Friday: noon
Saturday: 7:30 a.m.
Eucharist Adoration will be celebrated at 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, excluding feast days and solemnities. On solemnities, holy days of obligation, Mass will be at 10 a.m.
Divine Office (Liturgy of the Hours):
Daily
Morning prayer: 7 a.m.
Midday prayer with Mass: noon
Evening prayer: 5 p.m.
*There is no midday Mass on Saturdays.
*On Sundays and solemnities, morning prayer begins at 7:30 a.m.
Any students, faculty, or staff members who would like to serve in liturgical ministries such as being lectors, altar servers, and extraordinary ministers of holy Communion are welcome to contact Brother Lucius Amarillas at lucius.amarillas@saintleo.edu for more information.
