ICUBA is offering  the Healthy Back Seminar to provide valuable information on how to make minor adjustments and establish healthy habits in day-to-day activities. This information will help participants avoid muscle strain, keep their back strong, and learn safe stretching techniques. Saint Leo employees and ICUBA-covered spouses must view the entire webinar and complete the quiz with a passing score to earn the $10 Rally incentive.

Take the event quiz here: ICUBA Back Quiz. A satisfactory score of 80 percent or higher is required to receive the event incentive. All quizzes must be completed by Friday, October 2, and will be awarded in Rally by October 30.
