Time to complete 2019 performance reviews

As a part of Saint Leo’s Renaissance 2021 commitment to strengthening the culture of the university and investing in people, the Human Resources team is implementing a new performance evaluation program.

Those reviews for staff are now available in Workday. The reviews are of staff members, not faculty. All managers are required to launch and complete the 2019 performance review for their team prior to Thursday, July 30.

The 2019 performance review consists of a selection of questions similar to past performance reviews that were conducted at the university. Human Resources will provide managers and employees with additional training to assist with setting goals in Workday for the 2020 fiscal year.

Saint Leo’s 2020 performance evaluation process will provide a more in-depth evaluation that is linked to meeting individual goals, as well as helping to meet university goals. There will be more information shared about this in the coming weeks. First, let’s focus on completing employee performance evaluations for 2019!
