0Class of 2020 Virtual Celebration planned for July 11
At 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, Saint Leo University will hold a virtual celebration to recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2020. The celebration will feature speeches from Saint Leo University administration, faculty, and more, while providing the opportunity for each graduate to be recognized by name with a personalized slide that can be downloaded and shared on social media.
All faculty and staff are invited to celebrate the Class of 2020 by checking out the virtual celebration website on this day. There also will be other opportunities to celebrate the Class of 2020 . The Office of Alumni Engagement & Sustained Giving is collecting congratulatory messages for the graduates, which can be submitted online.
In addition to this celebration, all 2020 graduates will be invited to participate in the university’s official commencement ceremonies, which will occur in the spring of 2021. The university will add a ceremony next May 2021 for the classes of December 2019 and May 2020 should there be sufficient registered interest and should the university be able to offer such a ceremony at that time. Otherwise, these graduates will be honored within the two ceremonies currently planned in Florida.
