0Enjoy ‘My Big Fat Italian Funeral,’ hosted by Benedictine Sisters
A night of suspense and interactive hilarity are set for the Benedictine Sisters of Florida annual fundraiser. This year, the sisters will host “My Big Fat Italian Funeral,” a dinner event, showcasing the MurdersSheWrote Theatre Group at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, March 28. The event will be held in the ballroom of the Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club, 10641 Old Tampa Bay Drive, San Antonio, FL 33576, just west of Interstate 75, off State Road 52.
Alicia Frederico-Senese, wife of Saint Leo University President Jeffrey Senese, is serving as the chair of this charity event.
Guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour and silent auction, dinner and dancing, and an interactive murder mystery show to raise funds for the sisters and their ministries in the community. There will be an online costume contest, and guests may vote online for their favorite “Italian.” Voting begins Monday, March 2, at https://secure.qgive.com/event/mystery.
Tickets are $60 per person or $110 for couples. Sponsorships also are available.
