Career Service invites students to meet Walt Disney Company
Career Services is hosting Jeff Hickman, manager for Disney Campus Recruitment, live via webinar from Walt Disney World to share information about the Disney College Program and Disney Internships. The event will take place from 3 to 4 p.m., on Monday, October 21, in the Tapia College of Business building, TECO Hall or online at: https://us.bbcollab.com/guest/f072c42691f94f8ca8c4f6c961052146.
Students who are involved in the Disney College Program become part of the company that is known worldwide. Interns will gain valuable, on-the-job experience working in parks and resorts, participate in college coursework, and have the opportunity to meet and live with people from all over the country and potentially the world in company-sponsored housing. This five- to seven-month program allows participants to network with leaders, take part in personal and career development classes, and build transferable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, guest service, and effective communication.
