Work underway to convert cable TV service to new provider

Please be advised that work to improve our cable TV services throughout University Campus is underway. While this work takes place, your cable services may be taken offline as it is converted over to our new provider Apogee. 

The work for this conversion began Thursday, July 18, and will continue for the next two weeks until completed around August 2. Once a building’s cable TV services are taken offline, it will take between four to six hours to complete the work and bring the signal back online. If you notice that your signal is not working, please wait until the end of the day and complete a channel scan on your TV to bring in the new cable services programming. 

Additionally, any departments with a separate modem for Internet through Spectrum may experience a loss of signal. UTS is aware of the problem and is working with the new cable provider to incorporate a temporary solution. Departments with Spectrum modems will need to contact UTS at helpdesk@saintleo.edu or (352) 588-8888 to ensure that we are aware of your outside modem and can work with you on a permanent solution. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our cable TV services programming for University Campus.
