Saint Leo community devastated by the fire at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame
The Saint Leo University community is shocked and saddened by the fire at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris. The cathedral is a historic treasure and symbol of faith admired by Catholics around the world.
We pray for the safety and health of all the first responders who worked to contain the fire and are sincerely grateful there appears to be minimal injuries and no loss of life.
Both in Mass and our daily prayers, we will keep the people of Paris in our hearts and prayers. As with the Catholic community around the world, Saint Leo stands in faith with those in Paris.
