Lunch and Learn on April 10 focuses on design thinking
Join The Research Hub for another Lunch and Learn from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, in TECO Hall in the Tapia College of Business building. Dr. Ronda Mariani will present Research Insights: The Role of Design Thinking in the New Era of Higher Education and the Classroom.
Design thinking is a methodology that focuses on areas such as process, collaboration, empathy, discovery, and innovation. Design thinking can be applied to any industry or situation and is led by creative and noncreative people. This interactive workshop will introduce concepts and tools meant to promote student engagement by using disruptive innovations to create positive and noticeable academic outcomes and skill sets for students in the new era of higher education and employment.
