A group of 10 Saint Leo University resident assistants and staff members attended the Florida Resident Assistants Symposium (FRAS) in Jacksonville, February 1 – 3. The conference brought together resident assistants (RAs) from 25 different colleges and universities across the state of Florida to share ideas and learn about what RAs are doing at different institutions. 

 

During the conference, awards were presented to the participating schools, and Saint Leo RAs once again took home the Spirit Award, a trophy passed on each year to the school showing the greatest amount of school spirit and camaraderie while at the conference. Saint Leo RAs were inclusive of other institutions, led group cheers, and even had most of the FRAS delegation dancing during one of the lunches. Saint Leo was awarded the spirit award in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
