University Technology Services announces holiday support hours

From Monday, December 10, through Tuesday, January 1, University Technology Services (UTS) will operate on a reduced schedule to accommodate the holidays while still meeting the needs of the university community. Please note the following hours of operation during this time:
  • Monday, December 10, through Friday, December 14, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
  • Monday, December 17, to Friday, December 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 27, to Friday, December 28, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

UTS Help Desk office and phone support will be closed on the following days: 

  • Saturday, December 15 
  • Sunday, December 16 
  • Saturday, December 22, to Wednesday, December 26 
  • Saturday, December 29, to Tuesday, January 1 

During nonsupport hours, an option will be available to leave a message or to report system-wide outages. A new 2019 technology Help Desk schedule will be communicated at the start of the new year.
