Maintenance Advisory: Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
If you’re a Saint Leo University faculty or staff member who uses Blackboard Collaborate Ultra web conferencing, you should be aware of an upcoming maintenance release.
The Blackboard Collaborate Ultra web conferencing December 2018 maintenance release update will take place from 2 to 6 a.m. ET, Thursday, December 20.
Please note, the developer will try to minimize downtime and does not plan on using the entire maintenance window, unless necessary. Collaborate Ultra users may see intermittent availability during the maintenance window.
What’s new?
In the Collaborate December 2018 maintenance release, the developer focused on resolving issues to continually improve your experience. For details about this release, refer to the Release Notes for Collaborate Ultra page, which will be updated by the developer on December 20.
How can I use this new release?
Since updates happen automatically, you can use these new features immediately after the December 2018 release by launching Collaborate inside the LionsSHARE courses system from the navigation menu of any of your courses.
