Budget workbook distribution and training coming soon
It’s that time again! The budgeting process for the 2019-2020 year is here. On Monday, December 3, the budgeting department will send a budget workbook and PowerPoint file to all those who manage budgets.
Vice presidents of each department have provided the names of employees who are responsible for any departmental budgeting. This includes operating expenses, capital, student workers, part-time faculty adjuncts, strategic initiatives, and new hires for 2020.
The workbook is similar to the one provided last year. The PowerPoint file will give you training dates, support phone numbers, and helpful hints when working with the budget model. The goal is make the budgeting process more streamlined, organized, and minimize time spent on the process.
