ICUBA Webinar – The Importance of a Comprehensive Eye Exam
On Monday, July 9, from noon to 1 p.m., please join us for a virtual ICUBA onsite event on the importance of a comprehensive eye exam. Besides just measuring your vision, regular eye exams can help identify early signs of certain chronic health conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and high cholesterol.
Individuals can join the event from their tablet, computer, or smartphone using the following link: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/632336885 . You can also dial into the event using (646) 749-3112. The access code is 632-336-885. The webinar is first come first serve and will only allow up to 150 participants.
After the webinar, individuals are required to complete a short quiz in order to receive credit for attending this onsite event. The quiz can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ICUBAEyeExam. Please do not take the quiz prior to the webinar because the quiz will be reset on Monday, July 9, and all early answers will be lost.
A score of 75 percent or higher, along with your identifying information for reporting, must be submitted by Thursday, August 9. Incentives, such as $10 gift cards, will be available in Rally by Friday, August 31.
