Music, games, food, more mark A Celebration of Black History — February 27

The School of Arts and Sciences, The Department of Social Sciences and Student Activities invite you to “A Celebration of Black History: Legacy of the 1960s” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Tuesday, February 27, in the Student Community Center Boardrooms on University Campus.

Enjoy a day of cultural celebration with games, activities, scholarship, food, music and performance by Saint Leo students, faculty, staff and multicultural clubs. This event is free and open to the public.

Special presentations include a performance by the Saint Leo Singers at 10:30 a.m. and Dr. Heather Parker and Dr. Jack McTague discussing “Black Music of the 1960s: Soundtrack of a Movement.”
