Saint Leo University Career Services is presenting the Leaders in the Industry webinar series. This series of interactive webinars offers students the opportunity to explore career fields with today’s working professionals.

Career Services welcomes Andrea Hodge-Johnson, MBA, vice president of information architecture at J.P. Morgan Chase. Hodge-Johnson is also a member of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (Isc2) and the Tampa chapter president for the Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA).
As we begin a new year, it is important to reflect on professional development. How career-ready are you in the areas of networking and leadership? Are you a member of a professional association related to your industry? Are you taking on leadership opportunities necessary for your advancement?
Hodge-Johnson will present “Professional Fitness for 2018: Finding the Right Professional Association,” a look at options for all majors and the reasons to be involved in professional associations. She will share information about the Tampa BDPA, as well as her own story of how being involved and taking on a leadership role has had an impact on her career.
