Accessing your OptumRx information: update
Recently, OptumRx implemented some enhancements as the prescription system was transferred from Catamaran. The changes include an upgrade to a more secure SSO connection from ICUBA’s member portal hosted by bswift.
To use this new secure direct connection to OptumRx, you will be prompted to set up a username and password—but ONLY the first time. This way, you can access prescription information if you lose access to ICUBAbenefits.org. The new portal has the same information, with an updated look and feel, and is much more user friendly.
Once you have logged in to OptumRx directly and registered (see screenshot below), there should no longer be connectivity issues to OptumRx when signing on through ICUBAbenefits.org from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
To register on the site, you will need your OptumRx member number from your OptumRx identification card.
In addition to selecting a password, you will also need to set up security questions/answers. This process is very simple and only needs to be done once!
