University Ministry fall schedule
As the Fall 2017 semester gets underway, please note the following Mass schedule, which takes effect on Sunday, August 20:
Every Sunday: 7 p.m. in the Abbey, 10 p.m. in Saint Jude Chapel
Monday – Friday: Noon in Saint Jude Chapel
Tuesday: Student Mass at 7 p.m. in the Abbey
Exceptions
- No 10 p.m. Mass on September 3
- No Masses on November 19
- No 7 p.m. Mass on November 26
Community Night will be on at 8:30 p.m. on Sundays in the multimedia room in Apartment 6. The dates and topics are listed below:
- August 27: Wisdom about Divisions
- September 3: No Community Night
- September 10: In the World but Not of it
- September 17: Vocations
- September 24: Evangelization
- October 1: Examples from the Past
- October 8: Spiritual Gifts
- October 15: Reading the Word of God
- October 22: Praying Daily
- October 29: Receiving the Sacraments
- November 5: Being Open to the Holy Spirit
- November 12: Building our Character and Community
- November 19: No Community Night
- November 26: No Community Night
- December 3: Christmas Party
Other Events:
- Praise and Worship Adoration every Wednesday: 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Abbey
- August 20: Ice Cream Social immediately following the 7 p.m. Mass outside the Abbey
- September 8-10: Retreat
- October 13-15: Encounter Atlanta Retreat
- October 28: Young Adult Retreat (all day)
- November 1: All Saints Day (Holy Day of Obligation)
- December 8: Immaculate Conception (Holy Day of Obligation)
