Create performance and development plan by Friday, September 30
The performance and development plans are an essential step in establishing a successful path to achieving your goals and the goals of Saint Leo University throughout the year. These plans can be established in the Performance and Development Center (PDC) found in the portal. Please make sure that your plans are created by Friday, September 30.
Performance plans are used in the online performance evaluation available in the PDC. Managers and supervisors, please speak with your reports about their goals for this fiscal year and utilize the PDC and document that conversation.
