0Important update from University Technology Services: Network outage on the evening of Friday, June 17
University Technology Services (UTS) will be performing mandatory maintenance on the university network, the evening of Friday, June 17, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The following services will be unavailable or intermittent during this period:
- University Campus and Center Wired (Ethernet) Network
- University Campus and Center Wireless Network
- Cisco Phones
- University Hosted Services Including:
- My.Saintleo.Edu Portal
- Saint Leo eLion
- Saint Leo eMail
- www.SaintLeo.edu
- Saint Leo Library
At this time, we do not expect the network to be impacted for the entirety of the maintenance window. We will do everything we can to reduce the impact, but please prepare for the possibility that these services will not be available for the duration of the maintenance period.
Campus Safety
Interruption to the phone service is expected to be brief. If the phone services are down and you need to reach Campus Safety during this period, please use a cell phone or functioning device to call (352) 588-2363.
Learning Studio
The Saint Leo Learning Studio will remain accessible during this maintenance window. Use of this direct link will be necessary to gain access:

Username: 7-Digit Saint Leo ID Number
Password: CAPITALIZED first initial, CAPITALIZED last initial and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. (EX. AB1234)
Please be sure to have this information saved and ready before the maintenance window begins. The Saint Leo Portal, eLion, and eMail will not be available during this period to retrieve the site or your Saint Leo ID Number.
