Workout Wednesdays at University Campus
Are you looking to join a group for exercise? Have you been making excuses to stay out of the gym? It’s not too late to get healthy.
Workout Wednesdays will be taking place every Wednesday starting May 11, and running through August 10, in the Fitness Center. The workouts will be facilitated by Fitness Center coordinator, Evan Mills, and will vary from week to week. Feel free to join us between 4 and 6 p.m. or as your schedule allows! Participation is free for all University Campus faculty and staff.
