0University Technology Services Cisco service login change
Beginning May 1, 2016, University Technology Services is updating the authentication method used to access Cisco phone application related services. This update will change Cisco application logins to match the standard Saint Leo credentials. The standard Saint Leo credentials are the credentials you use to log in to the Saint Leo University Portal, your University provided workstations, and the SLUNET network.
The following Cisco phone application related service logins will be updated:
- Cisco Jabber
- Cisco Agent
- Cisco Agent Supervisor
- Cisco Reporting for Agent (CUIC)
- Cisco Contact Center Express (CCX)
- Click to Call
This update will not impact the following related services:
- Cisco Voicemail
- Cistera
How will this update impact Saint Leo University Employees?
If you log in to any of the impacted services, as of May 1, 2016, your login will change to your standard Saint Leo credentials. Until the update, please continue to use the credentials provided to you for Cisco services.
