Important message from the Copy Center
A company has been calling about purchasing toner for Saint Leo copiers. It is a scam! The callers are known as “toner pirates.” Do not give them any information about your machine or the toner you use. Remember, all of our Ricoh contracts include toner, so we do not pay for toner. If the callers are too “pushy,” have them call Linda Rollason at (352) 588-8330. A Ricoh representative will not call to ask for the serial number of your copier so please do not give that information over the phone.
If you receive any toner shipments from outside companies, refuse them and return them to sender. If they call you again, let them know that they should not ship you anything, and if they do, it will be refused.
The only person you need to engage to order Ricoh toner or copier supplies is our Ricoh site manager, Tim Angel, at ricohsupport@saintleo.edu or (352) 588-8709. Those supplies are included at no additional charge under our lease agreement.
