Important announcement from Human Resources about open enrollment
For the upcoming plan year, April 1, 2016, through March 31, 2017, there will be changes that will affect all employees enrolled in the health insurance plans. Open enrollment continues through February 26. Everyone is encouraged to attend one of the open enrollment meetings hosted by Human Resources at University Campus and at the education center locations.
The education center/office meeting location is:
- 4 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, at the Tampa Education Center at Channelside
Additionally, the office of Human Resources and ICUBA will hold a Health Fair at the Tampa-Channelside location from noon to 3 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, in classrooms 3 and 4.
You will need to schedule an appointment for your personal health assessment at the health fair. Campus & Tampa Health Fair Appointments Found Here. On the day of the health fair, please arrive at your confirmed appointment time. The results of your tests will be more accurate if you fast at least two hours prior to the event.
Employees who complete the personal health assessment will receive $25 on their benefit cards. Remember to bring your Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield) member ID card.
Representatives from Florida Blue, Better You From Blue, Humana Dental, Advantica Eye Care, Aflac, Resources for Living, OptumRX, and ICUBA will be available to answer questions and provide information about the services they offer.
