Fun Science Café outreach event March 9 on the wonders of water
The Department of Mathematics and Science invites the campus community and the general public to a Science Café all about water, from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 9, on the second floor of Lewis Hall. The impact water has on the environment, medicine, society, art, and curiosity will be celebrated with several types of hands-on activities. The evening will include some light explorations and refreshments to whet the appetite and demystify the science of water. Admission is free, and families are welcome.
